Sulphate of Potash

Sulphate of Potash

In SOP the two essential nutrients form a highly concentrated two-nutrient fertiliser, containing 50% K2O and 18% S

SOP is readily soluble in water and thus the nutrients K and S are immediately available to plants in the soil.

Potassium can be absorbed by soil colloids in the exchangeable form and thus stored.

Compared to other mineral fertiliser salts, SOP is the fertiliser with the lowest salt index when dissolved in water.

On soils prone to salinity, the use of SOP is the preferred potash fertiliser source.
