Cement Primer (Water Base)

Agsar Cement Primer (Water Base) is an ideal cement primer for interior and exterior
applications with good resistance to alkali and dampness. Its special features are quick drying,
excellent covering, good sealing and easy brushing properties. Agsar cement primer (water
base) is recommended for use on new/freshly plastered walls, asbestos, concrete etc. It may be
used as a priming coat before application of distempers, emulsion paint and textured coat like
Micro Matt etc. on walls. It can also be coated before repainting a wall with a different color to
ensure maximum masking of the existing color.
