Besan or Chana flour is extensively used in every Indian household.  It is an indispensible part of the most delicious cuisines prepared in the sub-continental families , especially in India, Pakistan and  Bangladesh.

Besan is an outcome of grinding process. The  Chana Dal or Bengal gram is grinded to the finest quality to produce the Besan.  Kabuli Chana or Chick-peas is also used as a raw material to produce the Besan.
