19:19:19 Fertilizers contain nitrogen, phosphate, potash, sulphur in suitable ratio along with necessary micronutrients e.g. Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, which are EDTA chelated compounds. Boron and Molybdenum is also added. This makes it a complete fertilizer.
