15W-40 is a premium quality, commercial multipurpose diesel engine oil. The oil is designed for the most severe performance requirements of modern, highly rated turbo charged diesel engines for the road transport fleet applications. It assures outstanding protection against high temperature engine deposits, oil degradation, oil thickening and corrosion resistance. The oil is having excellent shear stability to maintain viscosity under severe, high temperature operations. Application: 15W-40 is recommended for commercial diesel vehicles for both National and International Heavy duty highway equipments. This oil meets API CH /CI-4 service classification for modern and low emission diesel engines. This oil is also recommended for Gasoline Engines allowing to be used in mixed fleet operations.
